O tema do amor em “Bruma (A estrela vermelha)”, de Murilo Rubião

Abstract

This paper presents an analysis of love manifestation in the story "Bruma (Red Star)" by Murilo Rubião, as suggestion of an individual process marked by the unconscious desire to achieve the human plenitude. The understanding is that the love theme presents associated to the jealousy and that the lived and narrated concerns by the protagonist suggest a paradoxical feeling that conceals at the same time reveals in the speech and in the present images in the narrative. The basis of the analysis consists the symbolic hermeneutics, according to Gilbert Durand's research about the anthropological structures of the imaginary, together with studies from the perspective of semiotics of the passions, developed by Greimas and Fontanille, besides the works of Jorge Schwartz – focused on the investigation of distinctive traits of the muriliana poetic – by Suzana Cánovas – about the fantastic universe of Rubião – and Salma Silva – about ways which the love theme can be manifested in literary text.
