Abstract

The aim of this study is to reflect on the literary production of O Ateneu, by Raul Pompéia, and Vintém de Cobre: meias confissões de Aninha, by Cora Coralina, by analyzing how the authors write memoirs as a way to re-create their life journeys. It analyzes these works in order to get a better understanding of the school atmosphere experienced by the authors, which when transfigured in the form of language and worked on by the authors, reflects their worldview.
