Item Internações por condições sensíveis à atenção primária, no município de Goiânia, no período de 2008 a 2013(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2015-03-12) Magalhães, Alessandro Leonardo Alvares; Morais Neto, Otaliba Libânio de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4030124246791320; Morais Neto, Otaliba Libânio de; Siqueira Júnior, João Bosco; Oliveira, Ellen Synthia Fernandes de; Turchi, Marília Dalva; Minamisava, RuthThe Hospital Admissions by Primary Care Sensitive Conditions (ICSAP), are health problems, which the hospitalization is liable to be avoided by qualified primary care, which is understood as accessibility and effectiveness in outpatient care. To evaluate the magnitude, profile, evolution and spatial pattern of occurrence of the risks of hospitalizations associated with Primary Care Sensitive Conditions of Goiânia´s dwellers in the period of 2008 to 2013 a transversal study was developed using secondary hospitalizations data available in the Hospital Information System of the Department of Regulation, Evaluation and Control of Municipal Health of Goiânia. All admissions were georeferenced linking the neighborhood of Hospitalization Authorization (AIH) to one of the 07 health sanitary districts of Goiânia and then the analyzes of proportion ICSAP were made considering the group of causes, age and Sanitary District and its evolution during the studied series. The analysis of ICSAP rates was made and also the respective 95% confidence intervals, using the average of hospitalizations in the period clustered by age and group of causes and region of the Sanitary District of Goiânia The results showed a reduction in the proportion of ICSAP in Goiânia and its Sanitary Districts along the studied series, but heterogeneously. A higher reduction was registered in the Northwest District. The Southern District had the highest ICSAP rate and the Southwest District the lowest rate of ICSAP, however when the rates were detailed by cause group, it was observed that the Northwest District had the highest rates for 09 causes groups and the Southern District in 08 of them. The highest proportion of ICSAP and the highest rates in ICSAP were observed extremity age groups (0-9 years and 60 years or more). The occurrence of spatial pattern showed inequality of ICSAP rates in Goiania´s Sanitary Districts in relation to groups of cause and age groups. The study showed some progress and identified insufficient coverage and effectiveness of primary care services in Goiânia, which has the potential to support the city health manager and the sanitary districts in the reorientation of work processes, the family health strategy, in the implementation of intersectoral policies, in the definition of areas for location of new units the definition of areas for location of new unitsItem JUDÔ PARA IDOSOS: um olhar na perspectiva da saúde coletiva(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2024-04-09) Melo, Marcelo Galdino de; Teixeira, Ricardo Antonio Gonçalves; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0272312162765846; Teixeira, Ricardo Antonio Gonçalves; Oliveira , Ellen Synthia Fernandes de; Resende, Leonardo Angelo Stacciarini deThis study's theme is the health of the elderly from the perspective of the practice of Judo and its general objective is to understand the practice of Judo for the elderly from the context of collective health. It sets out, as specific objectives, Understanding the context of elderly health in Brazil, based on resulting policies and studies; understand how judo for the elderly has been approached in academic-scientific studies; analyze, from the perspective of the Kodanshas (those who have notorious knowledge of technical, moral and philosophical issues of judo) – who are generally elderly (over 40 years dedicated to the sport), how the practice of judo perceives the elderly and the relationship with health. To this end, as a methodology, the study is characterized as exploratory research, qualitative in nature, using participatory research. Firstly, a large bibliographical research will be necessary and in the second moment, based on the knowledge and experiences acquired in the health field, the proposal is to carry out a participatory research, dialoguing, interviewing and observing, the main references of national judo, known with Kodanshas, with the aim of collectively building an orientation for the practice of judo for elderly people. For the data analysis stage, the Content Analysis method will be used, from the perspective of Bardin (2010). For the discussion on the scenario of the elderly in Brazil, it brings to the discussion the studies of (MORIGUTI and FERRIOLLI, 1998); (CAMARANO and PASINATO, 2004); (NELSON et al. 2007); (VOGEL et al. 2009); (FRAGOSO, 2010); (ANTUNES, 2012); (MINAYO, 2012) and (BRITO et. al. 2013); . Regarding the historical context of Judo, it presents several writings by the founder of Judo Jigoro Kano, as well as (STANLEI, 1994), DELIBERADOR, 1996) and (WEINECK, 1999). of the elderly, based on the authors (MATSUDO et al, 2000); (ALVES, 2001); (FRANCHINI, 2001); (FONSECA, 2004) and (SILVA and PELLEGRINI, 2007). This research chose Judo for the Elderly as its theme, from a Public Health perspective. The organization of the data collected, as well as the readings carried out, made analysis possible, based on the work of gathering key ideas, which in the process of approximation, led us to categories of analysis, leading to an understanding of the organization and functioning of the two themes in isolation, the elderly and the elderly that we work on in exclusive chapters. Judo for the elderly is one of the most effective ways to keep the body active, strengthen muscles and joints... preventing falls, as well as preventing chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension and osteoporosis. Furthermore, judo is also an important ally in preventing psychological illnesses, such as depression and anxiety, which can be common in old age, as the sport socializes people. Thus, this great advantage of practicing sports for the elderly is socialization. Participating in group Judo sports activities for seniors can help keep seniors connected to others, strengthening social relationships and reducing isolation, which is important for mental and emotional health. It is necessary to adapt the exercises according to the physical conditions and limitations of each practitioner, to ensure safety during sports practice. In other words, it is extremely important to emphasize that the practice of sports for the elderly must be guided by a Judo professional (Sensei), a black belt graduate and, if possible, also a physical education professional, who will assess physical conditions and individual limitations. of each person, ensuring that the activity is safe and appropriat.Item Atenção hospitalar na região de saúde central do estado de Goiás: alocação de recursos financeiros de setembro de 2019 a agosto de 2020(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2023-08-28) Santos, André Alves dos; Barros, Fernando Passos Cupertino de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4821446904229513; Barros, Fernando Passos Cupertino de; Raggio, Armando Martinho Bardou; Pereira, Edsaura MariaThe allocation of financial resources in the Unified Health System (SUS) represents one of the biggest challenges in public health. With regard to the allocation of resources to finance health care, what is proposed is a model for the formation of regionalized service networks, based on the institution of planning, coordination and regulation devices. This articulated planning process must result in programming that considers the definitions expressed in health plans, integrating the analysis of the health situation with the estimation of the population's needs and the definition of health policies in each sphere, as guidelines guiding the various axes programmatic. The different degrees of technological aggregation, as well as the agreed reference mechanisms, mainly between municipalities, will be the subject of the Integrated Agreed Program for Health Assistance (PPI). In Goiás, this tool, with regard to the distribution of resources to pay for SUS Hospital Care, still occurs through supply and consumption, and not the needs of the population. OBJECTIVE: The aim of this study is to analyze the allocation of financial resources to cover hospital care in the central health region of the state of Goiás. METHODOLOGY: This is a longitudinal and retrospective analytical observational study. In the analyses, national and state standards and resolutions agreed within the scope of the SUS were considered. The data comes from official databases of the Health Information Systems of the Ministry of Health, especially those for hospital production, health programming and finance. RESULTS: The results demonstrated a significant concentration in the allocation of financial resources for hospital care in the city of Goiânia, in relation to the total resources allocated in the state (51.49%). In the health region studied, there is an accumulated deficit, in the period under analysis, of around 25 million, comparing the hospital schedule against the consumption of hospital care. Regarding performance indicators, the average performance of the municipalities in the health region showed an average length of stay below 4 days and a hospital occupancy rate between 25% and 56%. Furthermore, with regard to the allocation of financial resources, there was a large volume of resources allocated to the Technical Reserve - PPI (around 20 million/year), that is, financial resources without programming and specific allocation for some service. health. CONCLUSION: There is a scenario of mismatch between programming and consumption in the hospital area, requiring a distribution of financial resources with regional agreement. This proposal involves the redesign and configuration of health care networks in the health region in question, visualizing and planning the care network's points of care, thus guaranteeing financing with greater resolution.Item Tendência temporal das tentativas de suicídio em adolescentes no brasil de 2010 a 2022(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2024-04-26) Santos, Arleide Maria dos; Parreira, Fernanda Ramos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7773546658792556; Souza, Marta Rovery de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1155042579123151; Souza, Marta Rovery de; Parreira, Fernanda Ramos; Tobias, Gabriela Camargo; Pereira, Edsaura MariaSuicide in adolescents is a major concern on today's agenda and is an important public health issue, given the epidemiological scenario of a progressive increase in deaths from self-harm in this age group in Brazil. In the global context, attempted suicide is seen as a public health problem, due to the physical, psychological and social damage caused to the victims, those close to them and communities, as well as being considered one of the main risk factors for suicide. It is estimated that for every death by suicide there are approximately 10 to 20 attempts, i.e. one attempt every three seconds. The aim of this study was to analyze the temporal trend in notification rates of suicide attempts in adolescents aged 10 to 19 in Brazil between 2010 and 2022. As for the methodology used, this is a descriptive, ecological and retrospective study, with a quantitative approach, for which secondary data was used, available on DATASUS, in the Notifiable Diseases Information System (SINAN) database. The results obtained in this study showed that, in the period analyzed, Brazil had a total of 241,900 notifications of suicide attempts in adolescents aged 10 to 19, of which 22.9% were male and 77% were female and 0.1% were unknown, with an increasing trend and higher notification rates related to females, white race/color, the main place of occurrence being the victim's own home and the most commonly used means of aggression was sharp objects. The profile of suicide attempts in adolescents was characterized by females, aged 15 to 19, white race/color followed by brown, high school education and incomplete higher education and the predominant place of occurrence was the home. The data shows an upward trend in Brazil's 23 federal units and the highest rates found in the first years of the series studied are concentrated in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul. In 2022, they were concentrated in the state of Espírito Santo and the Federal District.
