Item A dinâmica na caracterização do timbre na Música para Trompete Solo, de Estércio Marquez Cunha(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2015-03-25) Costa, Alessandro da; Cardoso, Antonio Marcos Souza; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0664807145882810; Cardoso, Antonio Marcos Souza; Ferreira, Alexandre Magno e Silva; Raymundo, Sônia Marta RodriguesThis paper, divided into Part A and Part B, investigates how dynamics influences the timbre in the Música para Trompete Solo by Estercio Marquez Cunha. The approach of the nuances of the timbre in this piece of music is not only directed towards what determines the recognition of the sound of the instrument, but also to its interpretation. To understand the relations between these two sound parameters in this piece, first, as explained in Part B, it is made one review of the literature about the timbre and the dynamic in a musical context. Then, there is a phenomenological analysis of Música para Trompete Solo with the intention of knowing the structure of the piece, and finally, the interpretative suggestions, the time which aim to verify how dynamic, interacting with other elements of composition, act in the configurations of the timbre in this piece by Estercio Marquez Cunha. The end result was the interpretation of the piece in two recitals, as shown in the programs contained in Part A.Item Música para trompa e sixxen, de Estércio Marquez Cunha: resultados sonoros na colaboração entre compositor e intérprete(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2017-04-01) Silva, Anderson Afonso; Benedito, Celso José; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6415266280511210; Cardoso, Antonio Marcos Souza; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0664807145882810; Cardoso, Antônio Marcos Souza; Rosa, Robervaldo Linhares; Lopes, Maico Viegas; Cunha, Estércio MarquezThis work is the result of an experience acquired in the study of composer-interpreter relations, under the performer's view. The central axis of this research is to develop, along with Estércio Marquez Cunha, new possibilities of the horn resources in relation to the Sixxen. Firstly, a bibliographical study of the collaborative role between interpreters and composers, referenced in BRANDINO 2012, ISHISAKI and MACHADO 2013, RAMOS 2013, RAY 2013 and ROSSI and BARBOSA 2015, is undertaken to understand the collaboration path of these two crucial pieces for the making of music. For its novelty in Brazil, the second part is dedicated to the Sixxen, investigating about conception, repertoire and its trajectory until Goiânia, with support in the study done by MORAIS, CHAIB and OLIVEIRA, 2016. For the optimization of the research, the third part is intended in the report of the experience in the course of the collaboration of this researcher as an interpreter with the composer. In this part, the specificities of sound effects in the horn are demonstrated and instructed in how the composer idealized the work in question by virtue of the experiments performed with the interpreter. The main results that the research brings is the contribution of the world contemporary repertoire for both instruments, evidenced through the language of the composer in question and thus have generated an explanatory didactic material for the techniques extended in the horn.Item A dinâmica em quatro obras de Matheus Bitondi para trompete solista: uma abordagem técnico-pedagógica(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2019-08-02) Stahl Junior, Mauro; Cardoso, Antonio Marcos Souza; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0664807145882810; Cardoso, Antonio Marcos Souza; Raymundo, Sonia Marta Rodrigues; Ronqui, Paulo AdrianoThis paper proposes a technical-pedagogic approach on the music dynamics played on the trumpet by using four pieces by the Brazilian composer Matheus Bitondi for solo trumpet in chamber music - duet setting. The research, study and practice of music expression tools can aid on the performance of a piece. The present compositions were selected through a bibliographical research finding excerpts where dynamic changes occur. Later, trumpet exercises from published trumpet methods were suggested in addition to other exercises created and adapted by the author. The discussed dynamic variations were classified and the excerpts were recorded and made available through QR code enabling the reader to listen and see the recording’s sound wave patterns. In addition to the proposals and recordings this research presents a historical content on the music dynamics for trumpet in the Portuguese language, a synthesis of the research done on the topic and provides the score for the four works by Bitondi.Item Quatro obras de Gilberto Gagliardi segundo o Quarteto Brasileiro de Trombones: revisão e edição crítica(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2013-04-26) Teixeira, Alexandre; Cardoso, Antonio Marcos Souza; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0664807145882810; Cardoso, Antonio Marcos Souza; Ronqui, Paulo Adriano; Machado, Johnson Joanesburg AnchietaGilberto Gagliardi was the composer with the greatest number of works dedicated for the trombone in Brazil in the second half of XX sec. In 2003, two years after his death, the Brazilian Trombone Quartet recorded the album Tributo a Gilberto Gagliardiwith eighteen pieces, four of which written to the members of this chamber group. Considering this source as a starting point, we shall analyse the interpretation of these pieces by the group aiming to identify relevant technical aspects, present or not, in the original works. By making use of methodological tools, such as the visual analysis of manuscripts, the auditory analysis of the phonographic record, interviews with musicians, electronic publishing of sheet music and the use of audio software, we shall point out interpretive characteristics which will be compiled in a critical edition, thus offering one more source for the realization of new performances by Brazilian and foreign trombone quartets.
