The management models that guide the provision of the public service have, over the years, been developed and incorporated the use of digital tools into their day-to-day activities, combining them with economy and efficiency.Transport serving institutional demands also benefited from the use of technology. The combination of outsourcing, the internet and the Global Positioning System (GPS) enabled the development of a project called TáxiGov, which has the support of third-party providers and was designed to reduce service costs and modernize the process, from requesting to execution. , until accountability. The experience began in Brasilia - Distrito Federal DF and expanded in Public Administration. The high costs of vehicular maintenance of its own fleet are an incentive for public bodies to choose to join TáxiGov, which is what happened at the Federal University of Goiás (UFG), which debuted the use of TáxiGov between 2021 and 2022. analysis of the hiring documents showed the lack of a method capable of estimating the demand for transport in the institution. The aim of this study and its objective are, precisely, to identify a demand estimation mechanism for the transport service at UFG, in terms of mileage, in order to support the bidding processes for the provision of the transport service. Data were collected on the historical series of mileage traveled by UFG's own fleet between 2013 and 2022 and the mileage traveled under the TaxiGov contract. The method selected was linear regression analysis. The applied tests applied resulted in the equation represented by -60471*x + 671121, which demonstrated that there is a strong linear correlation between the data provided, which can support, in a robust way, the calculation of the demand for transport at the UFG in future contracts that need the indication of this value.Item Gestão das passagens aéreas na Universidade Federal de Goiás: uma análise otimizada(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2021-08-09) Silva, Paulo Cezar Bispo da; Carvalho, Willer Luciano; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8972356606512091; Carvalho, Willer Luciano; Martins, Elvis Silveira; Bevilacqua, Solon; Almeida, Cristiano FariasThis research explores the administrative process of purchasing airline tickets at the Federal University of Goiás – UFG, demonstrating the financial impact that is generated by the time interval between the request and the actual purchase of airline tickets. Using as a guiding guide the structured method DMAIC, proposed by Six Sigma, and mapping the process, it was possible to identify the causes of variability, measuring the processing time in each step and its impact on the total time of the process. With the identification of inefficiencies, it was possible to define intervention proposals. The results show that from the proposed optimization, the purchase interval is reduced, providing a reduction in the price of airline tickets, and thus bringing financial gains to the institution.Item Gestão de transporte intercampi: uma proposta para a Universidade Federal de Goiás - regional Goiânia(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2018-03-23) Silva, Regina Maria da; Carvalho, Willer Luciano; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8972356606512091; Carvalho, Willer Luciano; Severino, Maico Roris; Belchior, Fernando Nunes; Longaray, André AndradeIn a context of reformist policies that have been taking place in Brazilian higher education, the process of reordering also includes changes in the institutional identities of universities, in order to meet the multiple local and regional demands. This work is aimed at the area of university transportation offered by the educational institutions themselves, analyzing the forms of intercampi transportation in Brazilian universities and other international studies. The objective of the research is to expose the feasibility of improvement and expansion of the current transportation service in the UFG, starting to offer a fixed and regular traffic line to students and servers. Formulating a new management model, according to the concepts of Banchmarking, we took as reference intermodal transport models existing in other IFES, for integration of all UFG Campuses in the Regional Goiânia, providing greater comfort and safety to the academic community. The methodology used is applied research because it involves local truths and interests. It brings a quantitative approach to understanding, characterizing and analyzing the current processes in the Transportation Division (DT) of UFG. Aiming to detail its operational aspects and present a diagnosis of the functioning of this department, the BPMN method is used with the theory of "AS IS" and "TO BE", elaborating the flowcharts of the activities. The alterations indicated are based on data received from DT referring to values of acquisition and maintenance costs of bus-type vehicles, as well as data on the number of cars trips taken and personnel. With this data a cost forecast was made to implement and execute the suggested transport service. As a result of the research, it presents aspects relevant to the implementation of this service in the UFG and also presents a management model based on the management elements currently used in the transportation sector. Finally, the redesign of the main processes and suggested new methods to perform the activities after the implementation of the proposal are presented, making a synthesis of the activities already practiced and the activities to be added with the implementation of the intercampi. As the main social contribution of this proposal, it is believed that it will be possible to add values to the organization for its academic community, such as: accessibility, security, availability, regularity, reliability, comfort, competence, credibility, courtesy and tangibility.
