This work aimed to analyze the performance of the nutritionist of the NASF-AB of the municipalities of the health region Centro-Sul, Goiás. It consists of a quantitative and qualitative study developed from telephone interviews through Skype® and MP3 software Skype Recorder for audio recording, using a form with open and closed questions, made with the verbal consent of the interviewees. Thematic content analysis was carried out according to Minayo (2014). The quantitative data were analyzed by Excel® software. The professional profile of nutritionists is marked by a majority of female subjects (93.33%), with a mean age of 31 years, with a low remuneration in relation to the working day, presenting employment relationship, mainly in the form of a contract for the provision of services (66.67%), occupying the position of NASF-AB for less than 11 months (73.33%), who have the basic health units as their main workplace (60.00%), with a higher presence in the Health Program at School (93.33%), in the National Program for Tobacco Control (73.33%), in the Food and Nutrition Surveillance System (60.00%), in the National School Feeding Program (53.33%) and the Bolsa Família Program (53.33%). Through the qualitative analysis, it was possible to verify that important factors for the articulation of nutritionists with the Family Health teams (eSF) are: eSF support, communication, and planning and programming, whose work focuses on the development of support to the SFI in the technical-assistance dimension and the extended clinic. The articulation presents problems related to: precarious working conditions, difficulties with management, lack of adherence and lack of knowledge of the population about NASF-AB. The promotion of adequate and healthy food is developed as food and nutritional education, in lectures and groups, mainly in the BHUs and in the schools with weekly frequency, presenting greater participation of psychologists and of nurses and the public children and youth. The studied region lacks systematic strategies for the qualification of the workforce carried out by nutritionists, who presented misunderstanding about the Permanent Education in Food and Nutrition, as well as complaints about the lack of institutional qualification of this theme. This research was developed in the Professional Master in Collective Health of the Federal University of Goiás and can subsidize the planning of the nutritionist's work in NASF-AB.Item Educação a distância na formação dos técnicos de nível médio em saúde: percepção dos diretores das escolas técnicas do SUS no Brasil(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2014-10-21) Faleiro, Fernanda Rosiak Gonzaga; Cardoso, Clever Gomes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9545455455623006; Lemos, Cristiane Lopes Simão; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9279795437962960; Lemos, Cristiane Lopes Simão; Vilarinho Neto, Sissília; Teixeira, Ricardo Antônio GonçalvesIn Brazil, Unified Health System’s Technical Schools (UHSTS) are reference to the qualification and training of allied health personnel in the health system. With the extensive development of information and communication technologies, distance education (DE) is presented as an alternative to train workers face to face method of teaching. This study aimed to analyze the perceptions of directors of UHSTS on the DE in training of allied health personnel for the UHS in 2013. An exploratory-descriptive study with quantitative and qualitative approach was carried out using an electronic questionnaire to collect data. The response rate was 80,5%. The results showed that the majority of respondents were female (72.4%); aged over 50 years (55.2%) and postgraduate (93,1%). The majority (86.2%) has participated in distance learning courses; 42% of the courses were specialization. With respect to courses/activities in distance education in UHSTS, they were developed in only 31% of schools; most were technical courses (42.2%), followed by training/improvement (26.3%) and specialization courses of higher level (21%); 89.4% were conducted in partnership with other institutions and among technicians, none was financed by the Ministry of Health (MOH). The positive points of DE in the training of allied health personnel in health highlighted by the directors surveyed in subcategories of analysis were: accessibility to courses; reduction absence from workplace; flexible schedules for the study; post-technical courses and theoretical subject. The difficulties identified in subcategories were: lack of technological infrastructure in the municipal districts; students' difficulties in accessing technological resources; unsuitability to all kinds of people; distance physics tutor/student; technical courses in health; financing installations and acquisition of equipment; training of qualified technical staff. It can be concluded that despite the distance education be regarded as an option to the decentralization of the courses of UHSTS, the perception of the directors on this modality qualification and training for allied health personnel was permeated with more hindering aspects than favorable points. The challenges mentioned could be better addressed through a distance education’s politics of MOH which embraced these workers.Item O processo do autocuidado dos portadores de diabetes mellitus tipo 2 de Jataí/GO(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2013-09-06) Ferri, Lucila Pessuti; Barros, Patrícia de Sá; Lemos, Cristiane Lopes Simão; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9279795437962960; Lemos, Cristiane Lopes Simão; Vilarinho Neto, Sissilia; Rosso, Claci Fátima Weirich; Cardoso, Clever GomesDiabetes Mellitus (DM) is a major public health problem, both because of its high prevalence, and for its complications, patients requiring a lot of care that should be incorporated into your routine. Self-care in DM is capable of promoting recommended glycemic levels and, consequently, decrease the acute and chronic complications of the disease. The aim of this study was to analyze the process of self-care in patients with DM tipo 2 enrolled in the Education Program and Control DM (PECDM) of the municipality of Jataí / GO. The main tool of this research was to collect testimonies, through semi-structured interviews. For the analysis of the interviews, the speeches were transcribed and subjected to content analysis employing the exploitation of categories, as proposed by thematic analysis of Bardin. In order to meet the objectives that guided the implementation of this study, from the thematic analysis of the transcripts of the interviews were prepared three categories: knowledge of the disease; practices and difficulties in the process of self-care and the role of self-care PECDM. The results showed that the participants have knowledge of the concept, treatment and complications of DM and mentioned that the balanced diet, regular exercise, medication, blood glucose monitoring and the use of alternative therapies are part of self-care, but despite this knowledge, we note that there are some factors that may hinder the achievement of self-care and socioeconomic difficulties, emotional state, lack of support from family and deficiency in the purchase of medicines. The PECDM has contributed satisfactorily to perform self-care for most participants, through multidisciplinary care, which ensures compliance of the ordinance inputs and medicines to patients with diabetes, educational activities and support groups, but it was found also the difficulty participants to consult with an endocrinologist and problems in therapeutic relationship between health professional and patient. Therefore, we emphasize the importance of this study for a discussion about the educational approach in the process of self-care in diabetes and among the different possibilities of realizing it, valuing the bond issue and listening, in order to provide better value for Patients with the disease.Item O perfil do Serviço de Atendimento Especializado - SAE, Goiânia – Goiás(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2017-05-17) Silveira, Jane Martins; Lemos, Cristiane Lopes Simão; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9279795437962960; Lemos, Cristiane Lopes Simão; Queiroz, Maria Gorestti; Cardoso, Clever GomesThe Specialized Assistance Service (SAE) is an important resource for health, since it offers the specialized treatment for the population of Goiânia city and the neighboring municipalities agreed with the Human Immunodeficiency Virus / Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (HIV / AIDS ) patients.
