Item Ensino do telejornalismo em Goiás: Formação acadêmica como garantia da qualidade da informação telejornalística comprometida com o exercício da cidadania?(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2011-05-05) ANDRADE, Tatiana Carilly Oliveira; TEMER, Ana Carolina Rocha Pessoa; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2424054335258827This work investigates the teaching of television (TV) journalism in the state of Goiás, from the analysis of the course structure in four private faculties and also in that employed in the Faculty of Communication and Library at the Federal University of Goiás (UFG, Goiânia GO). This is a pioneering research work because there is no published related work focusing upon the context of the state of Goiás. The motivation for this work is based on the fact that TV journalism is considered to be an extreme powerful means of communication in the information society. TV journalism acts in harmony with other subsystems in the development of a social reality , hence it can be seen as an ally in the search for citizenship and a democratic society. In our study we verified whether these educational institutions are educating TV journalists capable of producing high quality information, which enables viewers to exercise their citizenship. In order to do this, the teaching course projects (i.e., the curriculum and curse plans of TV journalism courses) were analyzed through their consistency, scope and effectiveness in the educational process of these professionals. The adopted methodology allowed for relevant discussions and conclusions regarding the quality of information produced by the TV journalist with regard to the citizenship issue, about the production process of news on TV, and also about the education of the future professional who will work on TV journalism. According to surveys, social networks, such as Orkut, are among the most frequently accessed sites. However the digital divide still affects one third of the Brazilian population. As an argument to decrease this exclusion from the digital world, to prepare the students for the work environment and develop citizenship awareness, information and communication technologies have been implemented in schools run by the governments. The focus however, has been restricted to providing the physical facilities, in the form of laboratories. While social network sites are being used outside school hours and facilities by students and teachers to meet friends, communicate, update profiles and even to mobilize segments of the population, inside these institutions access to these social network sites is prohibited. The justification is that these tools do not serve educational purposes. The main objective of this survey, therefore, is to find out if the social networks available in the Internet can be used to further educational goals and to develop citizenship. To answer this question 23 tutors at the Núcleos de Tecnologia Educacional NTE (Centers for the use of Technology for Educational Purposes), responsible for offering courses in information technology to other tutors and teachers employed in State-run schools, were interviewed. The book makes radiography of political customs, using symbols and allegories that re-affirm the image of country with a low consistence in representatives and institutional political space exiguous in function of predominance of privilege of clients. The allegories presented in the book A carteira de meu tio, refers to the constitution of 1824, are the starting point of this research that realizes a social interpretation of a literary work, showing how this one present important representations to analyzes of society. This essay intends to study how cultural aspects from national political culture presents in A carteira de meu tio are appropriated by literary representation and historical and social production. Literature is the support that will allow revealing the images elaborated by the author and through historical part and a social analyzes, we will show what exist besides the present speeches in literary work about the purpose of the research. The representation of the imperial constitution of 1824 in A carteira de meu tio, by Joaquim Manoel de Macedo, symbolizes and presents political practices realized in Second Empire Government and the images of political activity in Brazil The conception of political citizenship and the role taken by political institutions in the country during 1853 to 1865 are evaluated as decisive elements in consolidation of a national political culture.
