This theoretical work shows that productions and consumption interests of capitalist production mode determinates the body form.Item Trabalho e saúde dos trabalhadores da educação pública(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2011-08-09) BORGES, Kamylla Pereira; MASCARENHAS, Angela Cristina Belém; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5142224514451312This study is part of line of research Education, Labor and Social Movements in the Graduate Program in Education at the Federal University of Goiás and aims to research the health of workers in education, in order to investigate how is the relationship between teaching and teacher health, in the current climate of insecurity and alienation from work. Health is understood here as a historical and social construction, fraught with the contradictions between capital and labor. The field research was conducted in two public institutions in the city of Jaragua-Go, a network of state and other municipal and articulated the empirical data collection through questionnaires, semi-structured interview, daily observation and analysis of the institutions documents. These data were analyzed in light of the principles of dialectical historical materialism, based primarily on Marx, Mészáros, Mascarenhas, A., Frigotto, Saviani and Paro, seeking to articulate the research object and determining its multiple historical, political, economic, social and cultural . By analyzing these data according to the theoretical frameworks adopted understand that overcoming the existing limits that teachers can raise better working conditions, thus contributing to improving their health depends on establishing a political identity, able to uncover the processes disposal of the capitalist mode of production, based on the understanding that the work is very founding of the humanization of individuals.Item O processo educativo dos trabalhadores que vivem em dois mundos de uma mesma cidade(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2009-08-12) MACHADO, Maria Conceição Sarmento Padial; MASCARENHAS, Angela Cristina Belém; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5142224514451312Inserted in the line of research Education Labor and Social Movements of the Post-graduate, Education of Universidade Federal de Goiás (UFG), the thesis "The process of education among the workers who live between two worlds in the same city" is the result of research on the relationship between social life, work and world view of women workers and men workers in the tourist resort of Caldas Novas in the process of setting up a class that is educated in the experience of the contradictions between two worlds. The objective of this research was to understand the relationship between social life, work and world view in the process of working-class formation of Caldas Novas who was deprived of school education, or even that it is present in popular movements, political parties or other institutions that are dedicated to treating the education of impoverished people, and also how learning takes place which contributes to their intellectual development and how to relate disparate realities as occurs in a tourist town and Caldas Novas, Goiás State of City Caldas Novas was elected research site by presenting two different worlds. First, it is a secular city quiet, conservative, where residents preserve rural characteristics and the second reality is a city of wealth, caused by the tourism market, where those same residents living with a traveling people from different parts of country, as they establish a social relationship arising from the provision of services. The process of research on this subject is contained in literature, documentary and empirical. Regarding exposure, the thesis begins with a discussion of the city that appears as an area of the correlation of forces and the configuration of the economic social, economic and political, historically constructed, where they live and live the workers. The second chapter deals with work, leisure and their interfaces in the constitution of society. The third and final chapter covers some aspects in the formation of the working class, as the production of goods and services, the relationship between the public and private sectors, and between living conditions, work, education and world view. In this paper, education is the process resulting from the social relations of production and daily life, which establishes a learning result of the accumulation of knowledge franchisee by the multiplicity of people who share the same space and time. The educational process is the result of the worker's experience and their learning that develop between these two worlds that are: the peripheral world of the worker and the world of opulence and leisure brought about by tourism.Item A construção do profissionalismo na agronomia: trabalho, ciência e poder(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2009-07-09) MARQUES, Rogério dos Santos Bueno; NUNES, Jordão Horta; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0257540968113535The aim of this thesis is to comprehend the process of construction of the professionalism in Brazilian agronomy. We state that different strata of the working class face the labor world in different ways. Workers who are more educated and belong to middle classes, act and regard the labor process in a different way from blue-collars. We studied the process of formation of agronomists representative institutions to, in a second stage, discuss the concept of professionalism throw six non-structured interviews with experienced professionals. Labor market, client relations, State, knowledge are some of the concepts we discuss to build our thesis. We also research, in a more elementary level, the hierarchies inside the professional group in order to show how distinctions are made and what kinds of symbolic values are related to professional success among agronomists. A study of the professionalism ideology is also done so that we can discuss about some possibilities of understanding the labor as a human capability.Item Informática e Trabalho: Inserção no mundo do trabalho dos graduados dos cursos de computação da UFG em Goiânia, 2001-2010(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2011-09-30) SOARES NETO, Raimundo Nonato de Araujo; FREITAS, Revalino Antonio de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8705661441925211This dissertation examined the process of entry into the work of graduates in computer courses in Goiânia UFG, from a population sample drawn from the graduates of between 2001 and 2010. In order to discern, at least in part, the field of IT professional as well as understand the reality of this area, aimed to investigate whether the respondents are employed or not, their career, what kind of activity performed, issues related to the work itself, the influence of profession on personal life, their perceptions about work s area, and other factors that made us understand how the city of Goiânia is matched to their interests and expectations as of computer science workers. Considering that the working computer is a new profession, it was considered necessary to present relevant historical aspects to situate this new field, highlighting the changes that have taken place within the capitalist society and contributed to the consolidation of new ways to work, emphasizing the profound changes occurring in the late twentieth century, including the context of technological revolutions in information database that contributed to the development of computing, information technology and social relationship in society. It is also understood as necessary for understanding the emergence of the profession of computing in the Brazilian context, summarize the main events that marked the history of computing and informatics in Brazil. After we discuss all these aspects, the survey results allowed the most important points about the working computer in Goiânia and the situation in which these graduates are today.Item Economia solidária: relações de trabalho emergentes e a configuração de novas identidades(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2010-02-26) VILASBOAS, Jaqueline Pereira de Oliveira; NUNES, Jordão Horta; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0257540968113535This dissertation aims to analyze the identities of the workers employed in the experiences of solidarity economy. This goal is justified by necessity, more and more frequent, to know and understand the new structuring of the working world, where the solidarity economy falls. The study was done in cooperatives and associations of cities of Goiania-GO and Campinas-SP. Started from the assumption that the principles governing these initiatives, especially the self-management, solidarity and democracy, would be important elements in the constitution of new identitie8s. The studie starts pointing a few remarks about the changing world of work, the informality and the debate around the concept of solidarity economy, its historical emergence and, moreover, how these work innovative initiatives are set in Brazil. The analysis of identity is made in the light of the theoretical framework of some authors of the school of symbolic interaction, which conceive of identity as the result of processes of social interaction in which individuals are embedded. Therefore, sustain the dynamic character of identity. The dissertation highlights the theoretical observations of Claude Dubar, who understands the construction of identity in a relational perspective. In other words, it takes place through the interweaving of their own self-definitions and assignments of the companions of interaction. Based on interviews with workers, it sought to develop a characterization of them as well as their perceptions and assimilations made possible by the work. The data analyzed did not indicate significant differences with regard to the appropriation of workers in both cities, however, shows a significant difference, namely the difference in the involvement of local government to enable the development of solidarity economy in these cities. Moreover, it was revealed the absence of a democratic identity and self-management. However, observed significant changes in the lives of workers and evidence of the emergence of a collective identity
