Resumo
The search to safe food is growing every day, with the world preoccupation for
healthy life, therefore it is essential trace the meat that is offered to the population,
beyond knowing the animal origin is necessary ensure to the consumer high sanitary
quality meat and free from residues and contaminants. Research in this area is
relevant to find new sensitive methods to detection and to improve the methods
existents, as well as the research of several classes of antibiotics into a single
method.
