Item type: Item , Imagens por uma paisagem transitória: encontros entre o rural e o urbano(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2025-12-10) Lavigne, Isabella Sandoval da Rocha; Ramos, Gabriel Teixeira; Ramos, Gabriel Teixeira; Maru, Ana Flávia Maximiano; Melo, Júlia França deThe general objective of this work is to identify and investigate how events and transformations affect the rural and urban landscape, from their concepts to the hierarchical social structure and the opposition between them. Initially, through bibliographic review and image studies, the research focuses on the context of the construction of Goiânia and its effect on Senador Canedo, drawing inspiration from the methods of Agnès Varda, Didi-Huberman, and Ursula Le Guin. Subsequently, images of a rural-urban landscape in transition, between Goiânia and Senador Canedo, are produced, and a visual critique is carried out, presenting visual tensions.Item type: Item , Centro de tratamento e apoio nefrológico em Jussara-GO(Universidade Federal de Goiás., 2025-10-12) Borges, Nathanne Neres; Moreira, Fernanda; Moreira, Fernanda; Oliveira, Karine Camila; França, Eliézer CarvalhoChronic Kidney Disease (CKD) represents one of the biggest public health problems, whose treatment in the state of Goiás is centralized in a few cities. This reality imposes on patients from smaller municipalities the need to travel frequently, whichmakes it difficult to complete treatment and family support, in addition to exposing them to the risks of road flow. In view of the lack of adequate equipment for continued treatment, the general objective of this work is to develop the preliminary project of a Nephrological Treatment and Support Center in Jussara-GO, with emphasis on the user experience and the promotion of well-being. The qualitative research is based on the analysis of data on CKD, the study of pertinent legislation, a bibliographic review and tchnical visits to health care establishments, in order to understand the design demands and humanization strategies. As a result, the architectural proposal aims to design a functional and welcoming space that includes not only hemodialysis sessions, but also a multidisciplinary treatment, based on the integration of environments and connection with nature, contributing to the improvement of the quality of life of patients, family members and the work team.Item type: Item , O impacto da drenagem sustentável no controle de enchentes na cidade de Goiás - GO(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2025-12-11) Cabral, Clara Naomi Ozaki Leme; Azerêdo, David Alves Finotti Camardelli de; Azerêdo, David Alves Finotti Camardelli de; Hirao, Flávio Higuchi; Ferreira, Marcos Vinícius CortesThe city of Goiás, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, has faced constant problems related to flooding since its beginnings. These recurring events are directly linked to a combination of historical, geographical and urban factors. These include the inappropriate choice of the site where the city was originally established, the disorganized urban growth over the years that has made the situation even worse, and the morphology of the region marked by the presence of hills and mountains around the urban core, which favor the rapid flow of rainwater towards the river. These natural elements, coupled with the lack of adequate drainage infrastructure, make Goiás particularly susceptible to flooding. Throughout history, major floods have been recorded in 1782, 1839 and 2001. The latter, in particular, had a significant impact on both the social aspect and the city's historical heritage, highlighting the urgent need for effective interventions. Given this scenario, this research proposes an analysis of the feasibility of implementing a Sustainable Urban Drainage System (SUDS) as a possible solution to mitigate the impacts of flooding in Goiás. The aim is to assess how solutions based on sustainability can be adapted to the specific characteristics of the city, in order to preserve its historical and cultural value, while ensuring greater safety for the local population.Item type: Item , Morfogênese computacional aplicada à arquitetura: ensaios projetuais biomiméticos para um pavilhão na Praça do João Francisco na Cidade de Goiás(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2025-12-09) Ribeiro, João Pedro Silva; Góes, Thiago Montenegro; Góes, Thiago Montenegro; Moreira, Fernanda; Lopes, Adriano Felipe OliveiraThis work explores the potential of computational morphogenesis applied to architecture, with an emphasis on biomimetic design tests aimed at the development of a pavilion for João Francisco Square, in the city of Goiás. The main objective was to investigate how contemporary digital tools can improve the creation of adaptive forms, integrating environmental, structural and contextual parameters, going beyond traditional design methods. The methodological approach is based on the Performance-Based Design strategy, enhanced by detailed morphological analysis and the application of adaptive and generative algorithms. The choice of the theme is justified by the fact that it is a design method still little explored in architecture and design, where the form is not pre- conceived, but generated or found with the help of computation, enabling an adaptive study closer to the field of biology, specifically through biomimetics, which integrates graphic representation and criteria of occurrences external to the building, in addition to its automation, configuring morphogenesis as a performance algorithm. Initially, an extensive theoretical foundation was carried out, covering the historical evolution of digital design in architecture, from manual representation to current computational modeling. The research critically addressed the relationship between architecture and nature, highlighting the concepts of biomimicry and bioinspiration, which offer evolutionary principles applicable to the development of sustainable, regenerative and resilient solutions. Then, repertoire studies extracted from the Institute of Advanced Architecture of Catalonia (IAAC) were analyzed, emphasizing processes and methodologies used to achieve tests. Subsequently, design tests began, which involved the use of advanced parametric modeling techniques and evolutionary algorithms, particularly with the help of Rhinoceros® and Grasshopper® software, integrated with the Ladybug plug-in for environmental simulations. Responsive digital prototypes were developed, whose shape and performance were directly influenced by variables such as sunlight, ventilation and local constraints specific to the ecological area. The results obtained indicated significant improvements in the environmental and structural performance of the generated proposals, validating the effectiveness of the tools and methods applied. However, the research includes challenges and contradictions in the use of digital tools, highlighting the underutilization of their potential when disconnected from specific scientific criteria and critical design awareness. It also pointed out the need for greater social responsibility in the adoption of these technologies, avoiding purely formal or decontextualized approaches. Finally, the work concluded that computational morphogenesis offers extraordinary opportunities for architectural practice, as long as it is integrated with a conscious and socially committed methodology. The relevance of deepening the interdisciplinary dialogue between architecture, biology and computing is highlighted, ensuring more efficient, sustainable and socially accessible design solutions. innovative, responsive and effective results in different environmental and social contexts. These studies provided an essential critical and practical framework to support the subsequent designedItem type: Item , Acolher: Centro de Produção e Apoio aos Pequenos Produtores Rurais(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2025-12-10) Nascimento, Camila Cardoso; Ramos, Gabriel Teixeira; Ramos, Gabriel Teixeira; Huguenin, João Paulo Oliveira; Melo, Júlia França deThis work proposes the development of a preliminary design for a Production and Support Center for Small Rural Producers in Itaberaí-GO. The objective is to foster the exchange of knowledge, improve the marketing conditions of local products, and strengthen sustainable agricultural practices, contributing to the social and economic development of the region. The choice of the theme is justified by the importance of family farming as an economic, social, and cultural base, especially in small and medium-sized cities. The proposal starts from a historical review of production models, highlighting the need for facilities that connect the urban and rural areas. In this way, the support center emerges as a strategic instrument to boost production, guarantee rights, encourage farmers to remain in the countryside in a dignified and sustainable manner, and preserve and value local culture. The result serves as a basis for the development of the architectural project, consolidating a space focused on training, marketing, and valuing local culture, in a harmonious and integrated way with the landscape and identity of the region.Item type: Item , Memorial Alto Santana – onde a terra guarda memórias(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2025-12-10) Silva, Camila de Jesus da; Moreira, Fernanda; Moreira, Fernanda; Oliveira, Karine Camila; Campelo, Alehandra de FariaThis work proposes the creation of a memorial in honor of enslaved Black people and the Quilom- bola community of Alto Santana, located in the city of Goiás (GO), Brazil. In response to historical marginalization and institutional invisibility, the project aims to reinterpret Praça da Conceição through the lens of social memory and ancestry, linking the quilombola territory to urban tourist circuits. The qualitative research includes bibliographic review, on-site visits, and conversations with local residents. The architectural proposal is guided by the four key elements of Environmental Graphic Design: physical environment, transmitted information, projected identity, and user experience. The square was identified as a strategic location for the memorial, with the potential to promote symbolic reparation, cultural recognition, and urban inclusion. The study concludes that the intervention can serve as a tool for historical justice and identity strengthening.Item type: Item , Desdobramentos da inteligência artificial para o direito contemporâneo: um estudo sobre a responsabilidade civil e a ética do advogado(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2025-12-08) Mota, Enrique Dutra Sarmento; Soares, Márcia Santana; Siqueira, José do Carmo Alves; Leite Filho, Antonio Henriques Lemos; Soares, Márcia SantanaThe topic addressed in this research is "Developments of Artificial Intelligence for Contemporary Law: a study on the civil and ethical responsibility of the lawyer" and aims to discuss the impact of artificial intelligence on Law, from the perspective of the lawyer and the legal consequences for this professional, highlighting the issue of civil responsibility and ethics in its use. This work investigates the role of the Federal Institute of Goiás (IFG) and the Technological College of Goiás (COTEC) in changing the local urban centrality. The relocation of IFG headquarters to a residential neighborhood and the insertion of COTEC into a commercial center configure different ways of impacting the local spatial organization. The research aims to understand the flows of people, services and consumer goods generated by the presence of these institutions. Investigating economic aspects, public policies and territorial management seeks to contribute to answering the central question: do the implantation of these institutions in Goiás promote spatial justice? At a neighborhood level, urban analysis will be used to identify occupation, economic dispersal and impacts of the presence of institutions. At a regional level, we will investigate the profile and possible displacement of professionals and students to these institutions.Item type: Item , Análise do papel da Lei de Improbidade Administrativa e da Lei Anticorrupção na construção de um microssistema anticorrupção(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2025-06-26) Rodrigues, Heloísa Simões; Motta, Maria Carolina Carvalho; Motta, Maria Carolina Carvalho; Garcia, Bruna Pinotti; Leite Filho, Antonio Henriques LemosCorruption constitutes one of the main structural challenges to contemporary democracies, requiring effective, coordinated, and systematically articulated normative responses for its proper confrontation. The dissemination of this illicit conduct within Brazilian power structures results in harm to the public treasury and violations of fundamental constitutional principles. In view of the costs of corruption, the Brazilian legal system seeks to build a network of normative instruments to address it. The structuring of Brazilian anti-corruption laws unfolds under the hypothesis of the existence and configuration of an 'anti-corruption microsystem.' The analysis of the systemic and complementary interaction between the Administrative Improbity Law (Law No. 8,429/1992) and the Anti-Corruption Law (Law No. 12,846/2013) is the starting point for examining this phenomenon and, consequently, understanding its gaps. Through documentary and bibliographic analysis, the systemic complementarity patterns configuring the microsystem are evaluated. It is concluded that the 'anti-corruption microsystem,' despite presenting significant institutional advances, faces challenges in balancing the recovery of damages, the severity of sanctions, and the harm suffered by the involved parties. A disjointed legal framework is incapable of producing positive practical effects and may result in further harm to the subjects. The study begins with an examination of the origins and underpinnings of the LGPD, placing the legislation within the context of global changes related to digital law and data privacy. It thoroughly analyzes the right to privacy as established by the LGPD, discussing the definitions and legal treatment of personal and sensitive data, particularly in the healthcare sector. Employing Miguel Reale's Three-Dimensional Theory of Law, the research contemplates the necessity for a legal approach that integrates norms, facts, and values to ensure adaptability and effectiveness in data protection in an ever-evolving digital environment. The monograph underscores the importance of effectively implementing data privacy governance programs, highlighting the consequences of a lack of preventive measures and the risks to human dignity. This research contributes to a critical understanding of the LGPD and its practical implications, offering insights into the adequacy of current regulations in the face of contemporary technological and social challenges, and emphasizing the need for a legal system that keeps pace with the digital society's dynamics.Item type: Item , “É sobretudo a lei dessa Infinita highway”: representações de noções de direito no rock de Engenheiros do Hawaii(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2024-12-13) Souza, Rayanne Cristina Barbosa de; Garcia, Bruna Pinotti; Garcia, Bruna Pinotti; Leite Filho, Antonio Henriques Lemos; Motta, Maria Carolina CarvalhoThis study aims to analyze the representations of legal notions present in the work of the band Engenheiros do Hawaii, covering the period from 1984 to 2008, demonstrating how Brazilian rock has established itself as a tool for cultural, social, and political reflection. More than a musical genre meant for entertainment, rock— particularly as practiced by the southern Brazilian band—reflects a critical engagement with the historical context in which it emerged, highlighting issues such as freedom, justice, and resistance. The research adopts an interdisciplinary approach, exploring the relationship between music and Law, anchored in historical, legal, and cultural elements that shaped decisive moments in Brazil's history. Using an analytical methodology based on the works of authors like Marcos Napolitano, the study examines aspects such as lyrics, melodies, and the creative context of the songs to identify representations of fundamental rights, including freedom of expression and the right to movement. Additionally, it considers elements of criminal responsibility and the principle of presumption of innocence, symbolically and poetically embedded in the band's music. The research seeks to demonstrate that the work of Engenheiros do Hawaii transcends musical art, specifically as a channel of critique against inequalities and imposed repressions. In conclusion, it is argued that Brazilian rock, exemplified by the work of Engenheiros do Hawaii, is more than a reflection of its time: it is a cultural expression that actively contributes to the dialogue with Law, inspiring reflections on freedom, citizenship, and justice. This study reinforces the relevance of music as a source of analysis to identify representations of legal notions.Item type: Item , Juízo 100% Digital nos Juizados Especiais Cíveis sob a ótica dos princípios da Lei 9.099/95 e do acesso à justiça(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2024-12-13) Borba, Yan Alves; Garcia, Bruna Pinotti; Garcia, Bruna Pinotti; Dutra, Renata Botelho; Ornelas, Sofia Alves ValleThis work arises from the following problem: do technology and new digital tools truly contribute to access to justice for the target audience of the special civil court? In this context, the general objective of the research is to analyze the impact of the digitalization of judicial processes, specifically the 100% Digital Court, on the Special Civil Courts, in light of the principles established by Law No. 9,099/1995 and the right to access justice. The methodology used includes a qualitative and quantitative approach, employing a literature review based on scientific articles, theses, books, dissertations, and reports from the National Justice Council (CNJ) regarding the implementation of the digital system in the Judiciary. The results obtained demonstrate that, although digitalization brings significant advances in terms of efficiency, speed, and procedural economy, it also highlights the persistence of barriers that limit access to justice. The phenomenon of digital exclusion, exacerbated by socioeconomic inequality, still affects the ability of part of the population to effectively interact with the digital judiciary system. Technologies such as artificial intelligence and process automation are beneficial but need to be implemented with attention to the needs of all users, especially the most vulnerable. In conclusion, this work emphasizes that the 100% Digital Court has the potential to promote a more accessible and efficient justice system, provided it is accompanied by measures that ensure digital inclusion and the training of citizens in using new tools. Therefore, it is essential for the Judiciary to continue developing strategies that ensure the effectiveness of the right to access justice, overcoming the limitations imposed by digital and social inequalities.Item type: Item , Blockchain, criptomoedas e segurança da informação: análise da Lei nº 14.478/2022 como marco regulatório inicial no ordenamento brasileiro(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2023-08-17) Souza, Waldomiro Neto Cesar de; Garcia, Bruna Pinotti; Garcia, Bruna Pinotti; Dutra, Renata Botelho; Motta, Maria Carolina CarvalhoThe present undergraduate thesis addresses the theme "Blockchain, Cryptocurrencies, and Information Security: Analysis of Law No. 14.478/2022 as the initial regulatory framework in the Brazilian legal system." The main objective is to explore the various applications and benefits of blockchain technology beyond the scope of cryptocurrencies, examining it from a legal perspective. Originally developed to support the functioning of cryptocurrencies, blockchain is an innovative technology that allows decentralized, transparent, and immutable data recording. In this thesis, we will analyze how this technology has been regulated by the Brazilian legal system. The research will focus on the challenges of adopting blockchain in financial sectors under the umbrella of legal regulation, as well as its ability to enhance the efficiency, security, and transparency of financial processes. Additionally, we will examine the necessary mechanisms to prevent crimes and frauds involving cryptocurrencies, as well as the Brazilian legislative approach to such issues. Through this research, we aim to provide a comprehensive view of the disruptive potential of blockchain and how this technology can transform the way we interact and conduct business in various fields. Moreover, the study aims to contribute to a broader understanding of the importance of blockchain as a powerful tool to drive financial technological innovation.Item type: Item , Liberdade de expressão e responsabilidade das plataformas digitais: o caso X (antigo Twitter) e a decisão do STF(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2024-12-13) Soares, Vitor Hugo de Sousa; Dutra, Renata Botelho; Garcia, Bruna Pinotti; Ornelas, Sofia Alves Valle; Garcia, Bruna PinottiThis monograph aims to analyze freedom of expression, hate speech, and the obligation to comply with Brazilian judicial decisions, using the controversial decision by Minister Alexandre de Moraes of the Supreme Federal Court (STF), which ordered the suspension of the X (formerly Twitter) platform’s activities in Brazil, as a case study. The research explores the necessity of respecting national legal sovereignty, in a context shaped by the growing influence of digital platforms in contemporary society and the challenges they pose to the enforcement of national laws. The decision to suspend X sparked an intense debate on the limits of freedom of expression and the role of digital platforms in data protection and combating misinformation - key issues that this study addresses. To achieve this, the research analyzes the judicial decision in light of the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework, the General Data Protection Law (LGPD), and the constitutional principles governing freedom of expression and national sovereignty. The goal is to understand the challenges and contradictions inherent in content moderation on digital platforms, the responsibility of internet companies to comply with Brazilian laws, and the guarantee of the effectiveness of judicial decisions in the digital environment. By analyzing the X case, this study seeks to contribute to the ongoing debate on the regulation of digital platforms and the protection of national legal sovereignty in the internet age, where borders become increasingly blurred and challenges to the application of the law multiply.Item type: Item , Smart contracts e Direito no Brasil: desafios e aspectos jurídicos(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2024-01-30) Todescato, João Fernando Neto; Garcia, Bruna Pinotti; Garcia, Bruna Pinotti; Vieira, Arlete Gomes do Nascimento; Góes Junior, José Humberto deThis study analyzes the legal landscape of smart contracts in the context of Brazilian law. The starting point for this analysis is article 425 of the Civil Code, which allows parties to stipulate atypical contracts, provided that the general norms of the code are observed. From this basis, the question arises whether smart contracts can be considered a category of atypical contract, subject to the validity requirements stipulated in article 104 of the Civil Code: capable agent, lawful, possible, determined or determinable object, and prescribed form or not forbidden by law. However, this simple reference to contracts in the Civil Code proves insufficient to deal with the intrinsic complexity of smart contracts, notably their characteristic of immutability. Although still rarely used in Brazil, the issue of the legality of these contracts and the need for regulation in the Civil Code are relevant topics. In response to this legal gap, in 2022, bill 954/2022 was introduced in the Chamber of Deputies, aiming to initiate the regulatory process regarding these institutions. This study concludes that smart contracts represent a new institution in global contract law, bringing benefits and challenging the current Brazilian legal system. Therefore, it is crucial to question how to properly apply and regulate smart contracts in contractual relations, in accordance with national legislation, as this technology continues to evolve and be adopted in the country's legal landscape.Item type: Item , Responsabilidade civil na era das inteligências artificiais: análise da coleta indevida de dados pessoais no Brasil e o caso TikTok(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2024-12-13) Cavalcanti, Bruna Fraga Siqueira; Garcia, Bruna Pinotti; Garcia, Bruna Pinotti; Dutra, Renata Botelho; Ornelas, Sofia Alves ValleThe present monograph examines the application of civil liability in the context of artificial intelligence (AI), with an emphasis on the improper collection of personal data and the legal challenges arising from disruptive technological practices, highlighting algorithmic opacity and the absence of specific regulations to govern its development and operation. As a reference, the study addresses the conviction of the TikTok platform for the improper collection of sensitive personal data conducted without the unequivocal consent of data subjects. Divided into three chapters, the work revisits the foundations of civil liability, exploring its essential elements – human conduct, damage, causal link, and fault – and examining the obstacles to its application to emerging technologies. Subsequently, it investigates Brazilian legal frameworks for data protection, with emphasis on the Consumer Defense Code, the Internet Civil Framework, and the General Data Protection Law. The final chapter delves into the TikTok case, investigating the identified irregularities, the platform's accountability, and the implications of this episode for AI regulation and personal data protection. It concludes that, although civil liability provides a relevant basis for mitigating the damages arising from intelligent systems, the absence of specific regulations undermines legal security and the protection of fundamental rights. The study highlights the need for legislative improvement to address the peculiarities of AI, reconciling technological innovation with the protection of human dignity in the digital environment.Item type: Item , Os desafios da efetivação do direito à privacidade digital no Brasil: proteção de dados para além do consentimento, uma análise à luz da Lei 13.709/2018(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2024-12-17) Jesus, Durval Messias de; Garcia, Bruna Pinotti; Góes Junior, José Humberto de; Góes Junior, José Humberto de; Garcia, Bruna Pinotti; Freitas, Vitor Sousa; Motta, Maria Carolina CarvalhoThis dissertation addresses the challenges of enforcing the right to digital privacy in Brazil, focusing on data protection beyond consent under the framework of the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018). Initially, it contextualizes the historical transition of societies, from agricultural to the information society, emphasizing the centrality of information as an economic asset and instrument of power in contemporary times. In this context, personal data is analyzed as an extension of human personality, requiring a normative approach that promotes dignity, autonomy, and informational self-determination. The research identifies the limitations of the consent-centered model, especially considering informational asymmetries and the rise of technological surveillance. Furthermore, it examines the impact of new technologies on behavioral profiling and the risks of algorithmic discrimination, highlighting the hypervulnerability of data subjects. Finally, the dissertation proposes a systemic approach to personal data protection based on risk regulation, focusing on dynamic principles and overcoming the dichotomy between public and private spheres. This proposal reflects the need to adapt Brazilian legal frameworks to the ethical and legal challenges posed by the digital economy and the datafication of social relations, consolidating data as an autonomous category of personality rights.
