Resumo

This project presents the communication and marking planning process in reference to SunFortt’s environmental responsibility. With the objective to strengthen the relationship with the company’s stakeholders, to consolidate the identity and image of the organization, surveys with one of the company’s demographics were conducted, to collect information about the institution and planning to elaborate the actions. As a foundation for the objective, Kunsch (2003), Capra (2006), Dias (2006), Kotler (2000), and Bueno (2009) were used for bibliographical references, among other researchers whose fields of study include communication and sustainability, strategic planning, public opinion, green Marketing, and the building of as their body of research. The project demonstrates the procedure of a practitioner of Public Relations as a communications manager, with a focus on the planning and elaboration of the actions to reach the proposed objective. In the second semester, after analyzing the planning, we identified that the company requires a communications advisor to restructure its internal and external communication and a financial reevaluation to know where to invest within the company.
