Resumo
This study deals with a survey of professional librarians in Goiânia -GO , aiming to analyze the quality of work life , so if they have specific purposes : to identify , in the literature , the elements of the quality of working life of a professional , knowing the job satisfaction level , to determine the relationship between the personal quality of life and quality of work life of the librarian who works at Goiânia market, and finally , present the quality of life in librarians work in Goiânia -GO . Therefore, the research used the methodology of data collection through questionnaire prepared by the perspectives of Quality of Work Life ( QWL ) Walton (1973 ) and Librarian National Happiness ( GNH ) defined by Bhutan (1972 ) . As a result it was found that the librarians of Goiânia -GO present, in general , a satisfactory level of quality of work life , with points to be improved , especially with regard to the relationship between the personal quality of life and quality of working life due to human conflicts in the organization . However , if entede that social and educational activities by enterprises can contribute to improving the quality of life both at work and personal librarian . In this context , it is observed that transformássemos would make sense that the environments in which we work in the best places , since we spent much of the time of our lives in these organizations.
