Resumo
This work arose in order to propose conservation techniques applicable to the collection of letters Sesmarias Provisions and parish records of the current state of Goiás and a means of access both to contribute to the conservation of documents and for the speed in turning these into a research process easy, accessible and secure. A desk research and literature on the collection size has allowed its value, its importance administrative, historical and cultural importance to the State of Goiás, from then on was reinforced the need to preserve the collection and make it available for access for maintenance of memory. With the diagnosis was possible to raise the risks and the collection agents of deterioration, caused by intrinsic and extrinsic agents. From the diagnosis made were raised in the literature, the existing conservation techniques. The conservation measures applicable to the preservation and availability to access encountered were proposed for the survival of documentary heritage material provided by its application contributes to that is the integrity of stored information and for access to that part of memory can be performed Goiás safely. Thus, the availability of collections for online access will permit the constant maintenance of collective memory.
