Resumo
The objective of the present work was to understand how photographic images stored in the advertising agencies are organized. It was shown how the bibliography about audiovisual materials is related to treatment, organization and management aspects, of photographic heaps. In order to get information concerning photographic images and the advertising agencies in Goiânia, it was necessary to chose delimited methodologies and methodological procedures to acquire the characteristics and information of the object of the present study. The method used to obtain the data was an interview with the members of the advertising agencies. The information given by the agencies had to do with the way photographic heaps were structured, the heap management software, the team responsible for the pictures treatment and the recovering form of the photographic information. The results shown kept the focus on the organizing method and treatment used. The perceptions and the arguing presented to us by the agencies regarding the information organization in general were analyzed.
