Resumo
This research aims to understand the consumption behavior and cultural meanings of Generation Z in 2024, in the city of Goiânia, who frequents the editions of Feira das Minas. The justification for this focus is based on the lack of data about this public and the relevance of the fair as a space of experience, valued by the studied generation. The experience offered by the fair's environment is not limited to those who attend to consume; it also extends to the fair's exhibitors. In this sense, the fair's administration develops actions for the development of commerce at the fairs, with classes, lectures, and others. The adopted methodology was qualitative and ethnographic, based on the anthropology of consumption, using participant observation carried out in four editions of the event in 2024 and the field diary.
