Abstract

The aim of this text is to classify educational policies, based on theirunderstanding as public policy. It sets out to establish their relationship with civilsociety movements, in order to contribute towards an understanding of educationalreality as a unique and contradictory field of dispute. The text is divided into twoparts: it classifies policy as a constitutive activity of the human condition andeducational policies in the context of public policies
