dc.description.abstractThis article is a reflection on the conceptions of landscapes and heritage specifically focusing on its cultural base. Cultural landscapes are interpreted in the context of their complexity involving subjectivity and objectivity. The landscape emerges into a natural environmental and cultural resource, whose value then becomes relative. The cultural goods obtain a value that the society, through social practices, can be use to enhance the market. Tourism reinvents cultural heritgae which is analyzed from the perspective of UNESCO, IPHAN and the Brasilian Constitution. It concludes many meanings of the symbolic landscape that primarily talk about the men that created them. The landscape and territory are aspects marked by elements of heritage which are signs of the trajectory of the society that trigger memory and situates groups, defining their identity.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoTrata-se de uma reflexão sobre as concepções de paisagens e patrimônio ao considerar, principalmente, a base cultural deles. Paisagens culturais são interpretadas na sua complexidade ao envolver a subjetividade e a objetividade. A paisagem emerge como um bem e um recurso ambiental, cultural, cuja valoração é relativa. O valor que os bens culturais possuem é o que a sociedade, por suas práticas sociais, lhe atribui ou o mercado. O turismo, nesse processo, reinventa o patrimônio cultural, este analisado nas perspectivas da Unesco, do Iphan e da Constituição brasileira. Conclui-se que os múltiplos significados das paisagens simbólicas representam muito dos homens que as criaram. A paisagem e o território são dimensões marcadas por elementos patrimoniais, signos da trajetória da sociedade que ativam a memória e situam os grupos definindo suas identidades.pt_BR
