Resumo
This paper analyses Fichte's concept of intellectual intuition paying special attention to Fichte's
proposal of transforming the point of view in constructing knowledge. Therefore the focus will be not directed, as in traditional interpretations, to the the problem of the structure of
subjectivity as objective foundation of reality, but to the process of construction of
consciousness. I will argue that this idea of genesis of (self)consciousness represents the
originality of Fichte's philosophy.
