Resumo
This research seeks to present women as procedural subjects in the Labor Court of Goiás,
highlighting litigation, socioeconomic profile and statistical challenges for research. The
research has as general objective to analyze the litigation of women in the referred court and
who they are according to the data made available by the labor justice. To fulfill the research
objectives, a bibliographical and empirical research was carried out, using data provided by
the Governance and Strategy Sector of the Regional Labor Court of the 18th Region. It is
concluded that the Labor Court is an important instrument in the promotion and guarantee of
labor rights and it was possible to verify that the social profile of the plaintiffs in the Labor
Court is not well defined since there is a lack of data for this.
