Resumo
Due to the competitiveness between companies, increased customer demand and an increase in the price of materials, the civil construction sector needed to have greater control over the physical-financial planning of constructions and companies now have a smaller scalefor errorsand losses. The aim of this paper is to comparatively analyze material loss data from 2 buildingsin Goiás with similar materials, dimensionsand constructionsystem, built between 2015 and 2021. The materials associated with these losses were concrete for the structure, mortar for plastering interior and mortar for subfloor. These items were chosen because they are a common point between the buildings and because they allow measurements in loco duringexecution. As a result, the comparison between the projects indicated average loss values of 0.10%, 15.0% and 12.0% for project A and 0.53%, 1.6% and 15.0% for project A. development B for concrete, subfloor mortar and plaster mortar. The conclusion obtained was that the overall losses were approximated between the projects for concrete and mortar for internal plastering. For the subfloor mortar, the layout of the floor-type hall was definitive, the loss being greater for the development with access to more apartments, that is, development A.
