Degradação redutiva, fenton e foto fenton no tratamento de efluente de condicionador capilar e filtro solar

Resumo

In this work, we have studied the treatment of the simulated ffluent in the laboratory of the production line of capillary conditioner and sunscreen. The proposal was the integration of treatment technologies: degradation via zero iron reduction followed by Fenton reaction and as the final coagulation/flocculation polishing. For the simulated sunscreen effluent, the removal of total phenols based on the photo-Fenton was studied. Refering to the effluent of capillary conditioner, at the end of the treatments were achieved: reductions of 55.54% for Chemical Oxygen Demand, and removal of turbidity in 46.27%, treatment time 240 minutes. Refering to the sunscreen effluent, it was possible to observe: 74.10% of removal of total phenols, the main monitored parameter, whose initial -1 -1 concentration was 0.710 mg L and post photo-Fenton concentration of 0.184 mg L , treatment time 60 minutes. The integrations of these technologies proved to be important in the removal of the values of some parameters of environmental control of a recalcitrant matrix of the cosmetic industry.
