Resumo

This work aimed to reflect on the pedagogical practices that influence the formation of the teacher as a human formation, this work makes a cut in the non-mandatory internship, to investigate the influences that it exerts in the formative process of the pedagogy course of the faculty of education-fe/ ufg. The interest in this topic arose from my experiences in the non-mandatory internship, listening to reports from other students who had the same opportunity and reflections on the influences of these experiences on teacher training. The supervised internship is a mandatory curricular component in teacher training courses that establishes a dialogue between the theory learned in the training course and the practice in the internship field schools. In this sense, it must be seen as a space for reflection and production of knowledge and practices, a socially constructed space, in an identity process of teaching learning. It is the moment for the intern, in a training space, to assume his/her condition of being a teacher. In this sense, this work sought to reflect the influences of the experience in the non-mandatory internship in the training process, from the analysis of 26 questionnaires answered in digital format, bibliographic and documentary research.
