The Brazilian Hospital Services Company was created in 2011 with the promise of solving the financial and human resources problems of federal university hospitals. The objective of this study was to analyze the impactsof adherence to company to social control, work and health training in federal university hospitals. A systematic review was carried out which resulted in the selection of 22 studies that portray the perspectives after joining the company for hospitals. Three central themes were identified: Resistance in the accession process; Work in the hospitals; health training: the teaching/research/extension tripod. In relation to social control, the productions marked the absence of democracy and dialogue in the accession process. In relation to work, the intensification of precarious relationships with the persistence of insufficient workforce, loss of labor rights and worsening of working conditions. In relation to health training, contradictions in relation to the hospitals philosophy considering the teaching/research/extension tripod guided by the principles of the public health system and the free public university, in comparison with the marketing business logic of company.
