Sonhos do filho do açougueiro: processos artísticos em persona, desenho, homoerotismo e corte

Abstract

This study presents a cartographic research on my creative process during my years of training in Visual Arts – Bachelor's degree, with the aim of identifying and investigating relevant aspects of my artistic poetics. Preliminary essays were conducted on recurring elements in my work, and, from these essays, four operative concepts that permeate the artistic production were established: Persona, drawing, homoeroticism, and cutting. Connections were drawn between these concepts and diverse references that influenced and motivated my creation, forming an unfinished network of signifiers and their potential meanings.
