Resumo
This article tries identifying some directions the international migration
of Brazilians to the United States of America from elements of the media agents. We tried
to integrate geography and education reflections about the images produced by means of photographs, videos, news and the newspapers, on building sites and the movement
of spatial knowledge in virtual spaces. The images of migration networks are established
as part of a connection between-places, so that, it’s possible look for this images how
spaces and landscapes that can be interpreted for a geography perspective. In this way,
is elected the figure of migrants killed as object of our gaze and the analysis, given the
impact of this social phenomenon and the simbolic meaning of restraining and curtailing
that these images suggest.
