Resumo
This paper discusses the relationship between a mentor teacher and an intern during a period of a collaborative traineeship program in physics, developed in a public school. To do so, it uses notions of school field, field of the school, habitus and teacher capital. Given the characteristics of thematic investigated, both the constitution and data analyzes were performed from the perspective of a qualitative case study bias. The results from the analysis indicate that proximity of social origins and structure of the school field favored both the beginning of the collaborative stage and the incorporation of the dispositions of the mentor teacher by the intern teacher. These incorporations, related to the content, didactic and pedagogical resources and internal and external agents to the school, were under the auspices of social capital.
