Le travail réalisé par de petits producteurs dans la
production d’aliments biologiques dans le Territoire Rural des
environs de Dourados, dans le Mato Grosso do Sul, constitue un
processus de résistance au domaine de la constitue preuve d’um
processus de résistance la production agricole de commodities.
L’option pour la production de produits biologiques dans une
étendue dominée par le pillage de l’eau, du sol, pour la production
en grande échelle, constitue une nouveauté dans la production
territoriale.Dans ce nouvan modéle de production e de
commercioalisalion pour les producteurs biologiques, las régles
sur imposées par la mondialialisation créant un conflit invisible
enbre les différentes modes de productions. Dans ce conflit, les
produtores ces producteurs construisent une identité basée sur
la solidarité et sur la durabilité sociale.
The work done by small farmers in the production of organic food in the rural territory of Grande Dourados, in Mato Grosso do Sul, is a process of resistance to the agricultural production of commodities. The option for the production of organic products in an area dominated by the plunder of water and soil, for large-scale production, is the new production planning. The conflicts are established in place, with domain of overall which define the normalization of production and commercialization ways to the organic producers, this invisible conflict these producers build an identity based on solidarity and social sustainability.
