Estaquia em frutíferas do Cerrado

Resumo

The Cerrado is suffering from environmental impacts caused by human actions and has lost a large part of its biodiversity. Cutting is a propagation method that can provide seedlings for species that have difficulty propagating through seeds. Thus, it aimed to present information available in the literature on the production of seedlings of fruit species of the Cerrado by means of cuttings. Studies of different species were found, namely: baru, pequi, gabiroba, murici, mama-cadela, araticum, cagaita and araçá. It was observed that in some of these plants, such as baru, murici and araticum, adventitious rooting has not yet been achieved. From this work, it is concluded that there is a need for more research to study all the factors that interfere with the success of propagation by cuttings in fruit species of the Cerrado.
