Educação antirracista no ensino de química: sobre representatividade e osmose

Resumo

The research that is now reported aimed to analyze and discuss the operationalization of Law 10.639/2003 in the teaching of Chemistry. For this, a Pedagogical Intervention (PI) was elaborated in which the interrelation of a conceptual approach of Chemistry with a historical and cultural approach was proposed regarding the aforementioned Law in a subject entitled Experimental Chemistry with high school students. The research constituted by elements of a participant research consisting of 4 stages and the results were analyzed and categorized. The results allowed us to point out categories that were identified in the development of IP, such as race and racism, representation in Science, media and representation, in addition to some aspects of the osmosis concept. Some problems were also identified in the development of IP in the integration of knowledge.
