Resumo

This experimental project aims to put into practice the theories of communication and public relations learned during graduation. The theoretical framework was based on the theories of Kunsch, França and among other authors that corroborate the discussion on organizational communication, in order to support the production of Public Relations planning developed for the company Camilla Stival - Festa com ideia. The proposed strategies seek to re-align internal, external and digital communication with the aim of establishing strong relationships and developing a sense of trust in the brand. The actions were exclusively aimed at employees and customers, as these are the ones that most impact the business.
