Abstract

In the current scenario of Brazilian lyric, the experience of reading the legacy of the literary tradition is one of the main elements to be considered as a matter of poetic creation. This article aims to highlight how the remnants of the tradition are present in some poems by Paulo Henriques Britto, a poet quite representative in the current lyric scenario.
