Impactos sobre a biota e a qualidade de latossolos cultivados com cana-de-açúcar

Resumo

In Goiás, the expansion of cultivation of sugar cane stands and is now among the three largest areas cultivated in Brazil. The present study examined the influence of different management practice in the cultivation of sugar cane in the microregion of Quirinopolis, using biological, physical and chemical indicators. Eight sampling sites were selected in areas occupied by soil type Red Oxisol dystrophyc and distroferric and two springs coming from culture collections with upstream and downstream. It was concluded that the different agricultural practices directly influence the dynamics of soil and water, regarding their physical, chemical and biological aspects, evidencing bioindicators.
