El actual estudio que tiene como objetivo para discutir los conceptos de agrícola, territorio y
redes que son relacionados una actividad a agroalimentar creada para los agrónomos
adentro el favorecer de Hinterland del sergipano el revalorização de éstos y fortificando el
cultural identidad. La creación de esto el prioritariamente de la actividad en la zona agrícola
es intimamente encendido a uno población que reluta en no abandonar la tierra nativa,
reflejo de la opinión de mercado del trabajo actual y de su inserción difícil en sistema
productivo. las redes del sociability articulan los elementos constitutivos del cadena
productiva de la leche que tiene como objetivo para permanecer en su área del origen que
es hecho posible el brote de una dinámica en el mercado informal a través de la creación de
paradas de los alternativas mejora de la leche que genera el trabajo y la renta y
consequentemente el multiplicarse. Sin embargo, las políticas públicas no se dirigen para esto sector en la dirección para valorar el cultural existente potencial de la manera agrícola él
