Resumo
This article discusses the process of social formation of increased traffic violence, especially automotive violence. For both search reconstitute the fundamental determination of this phenomenon and its multiple determinations. It is from this that performs the analysis of the capitalist mode of production and its mode of development marked by a succession of accumulation regime. It is during the regime of accumulation conjugated that capitalist production is replaced as flagship automotive capital, which is reproduced in full regime of accumulation. In this process, it is also the other determinations of the phenomenon. The process of growth and expansion automotive capital promotes rising consumption and dizzying car, which is more severe in countries under capitalism, where the road system is not developed as quickly and causes many problems in traffic, generating new reasons for automotive violence.
