The tomato is one of the most widely used vegetables in the world, possessing many derived products, such as tomato sauce, pulps and juices. The high tomato production can be enhanced with the use of wastewater and vermicompost fertilizer saving. In this sense, the objective of this study was to evaluate the chemical characteristics in different periods of tomato freezing Santa Cruz Kada (paulista) irrigated with domestic wastewater and fertilized with tannery sludge vermicompost. The vermicomposting used were obtained from tannery sludge mixture (primary sludge - LC) with the following substrates: V1 = 25% + LC 75% manure; V2 = 25% LC + 75% rice husk; V3 = 50% LC + 50% manure; and V4 = 50% + LC 50% cane gray on dry basis. The fruits were chemically characterized as the total soluble solids, titratable acidity and TSS/TA ratio. The experiment was conducted in split plot with 3 3x12 repetitions. The treatments consisted of three periods of time of analysis (0; 60 and 120 days) and 12 treatments. With the data obtained in the experiment was carried out the analysis of variance 5% probability, and when detected significant influence among the treatments took place the Scott-Knott test (5%). At the end, one can see that except the treatments 8:12 there was a trend of increasing the value found for the parameter (SST) due to the increase of the period of analysis. As for acidity, treatment 12 was among the lower acidity values, since it is the witness. For TSS/TA ratio, part of the treatments showed an increase in variable due to the increase of the period, indicating high quality fruit.
