Resumo
Nowadays in Brazil exist one cities expansion, the deficiency in the design and spatial planning and rainfall characteristics, especially in huge urban centers, influence the erosion process. For this reason, this work has been researched the origin and evolution of a gully located in Goiânia (Goiás Brazil). Was made a multi-temporal analysis for the period 2002-2014 using Google-Earth and satellite images. The images have been edited and geoprocessed using software ArcGIS 10.1. It was found that the main factors that were responsible for the erosion were naturalized soil, inadequate spatial planning and layout of the road system.
