Aplicação do mapeamento de fluxo de valor para redução dos desperdícios da produção: estudo de caso de uma fábrica de artefatos de solo-cimento

Abstract

This paper aimed to reduce of wastes in the production process of a soil cement artifacts company using lean production tool, the Value Stream Mapping which contributed to detect problems with using too much time for some steps production one of the materials produced, the ecological brick. At a joint analysis with the survey of the layout of the factory floor, the Current Status Map has been prepared, which highlights the times and shows the conflicts that generate waste, that way, the development of the Future State Map was possible, which proposes a new perspective of reducing times by readjusting the positioning of supplies and some equipment
