Resumo
The present paper brings a Public Relations strategic planning made for Instituto Oca Brasil, a third sector organization with almost twenty years of history, acting for the environmental preservation and for the education. To make and execute this plan, were considered authors like Margarida Kunsch (2003) and Cecilia Peruzzo (2007), that resulted in the generation of reports which seeked to demonstrate their theoretical knowledge put to practice. The proposed actions were mainly aimed at restructuring the communication processes of the organization, including internal and digital communications, contributing to define their identity and organizational culture.
