Abstract

By transforming the parables of Jesus into visual narratives, this work explores the application of editorial design and information design in the development of a scrapbook. In a context marked by informational saturation and a growing search for visual and creative experiences, the project proposes an artifact that unites text and image, inviting the reader to interact with the content through manual collage. Its approach seeks to revive the experience of the contemplative reader, stimulating creativity, reflection, and the dialogue between faith and artistic expression. The development process is based on the methodology of Passos (2014), encompassing the stages of delimitation, understanding, and development of the object. As a result, the project presents a scrapbook that integrates a variety of colors, typefaces, graphic elements, and illustrations into the biblical parables, inviting the reader to become a co-author of the work.
