Capacitismo e sofrimento ético-político: um olhar aos estudantes com deficiência no ensino superior sob a perspectiva da dialética exclusão/inclusão

| dc.description.abstract | The present work consists of bibliographical research and seeks to reflect on ableism as a factor of ethical political suffering for people with disabilities, from the perspective of the exclusion/inclusion dialectic. Due to the dimension of the social model of disability, it will be reflected how ableism becomes a factor of suffering for people with disabilities. In summary, ableism is understood as prejudice directed at people with disabilities that place their abilities in a relationship of inferiority to people without disabilities, that is, it is assumed that only their organic condition is the cause to justify their possible disabilities. Ableism becomes, then, the impediment to potentializing of people with disabilities in society. The orientation towards the exclusion/inclusion dialectic becomes the possible way to dimension the implications of the suffering permeated by the ableism, because it is a perspective that defends the displacement of the individual understanding of suffering to the social scope, where it is possible to verify the conditions that foster the suffering expressed in the subjects. Considering, therefore, that ableism is a factor of suffering for students with disabilities, in the context of higher education, it is necessary to clarify the circumstances that lead to the suffering of these subjects. Thus, the objectives of this work are to understand the process of educational insertion of people with disabilities; present the concepts of ableism, ethical-political suffering and exclusion/inclusion dialectic; to discuss from the perspective of the exclusion/inclusion dialectic how ableism becomes a source of suffering for people with disabilities. In this sense, the contribution of Sawaia's exclusion/inclusion dialectic, which presents the defense of the relevant social determination in the development of subjectivities, supports the understanding of the relationship between ethical-political suffering and ableism, as it makes it possible to find explanations for the suffering of students with disabilities. In addition, the proposed investigation made it possible to reflect on the freedom of the person with disabilities. And from this understanding, enable the construction of possibilities of experiences that consider the implications of ethical-political suffering, creating conditions of power of action for these subjects. In conclusion, the discussion considered suffering, as ethical-political suffering related to ableism, as a result of the process of exclusion of people with disabilities. Faced with a society that limits social participation, that is, it includes the subject with a disability, marking their differences and limiting their possibilities of being and manifesting themselves in society, it takes away from this subject the freedom to become and develop their subjectivity in the relationship. with others. From the perspective of the exclusion/inclusion dialectic, it was also possible to understand that the ethical-political suffering of PWDs is expressed in their subjectivities, but it is of social origin, being generated by the ableism, which permeates the social relationships of people with disabilities. Thus, an individualization of responsibility for overcoming differences was perceived, disregarding the social implication on these issues. Finally, the search for knowledge of the social and collective responsibility of these issues should not be seen only as a factor of weakness in our society. But as a power of transforming action. | dc.description.resumo | O presente trabalho consiste em uma pesquisa bibliográfica e busca refletir sobre o capacitismo como fator de sofrimento ético político das pessoas com deficiência, sob a perspectiva da dialética exclusão/inclusão. Pela dimensão do modelo social de deficiência, será refletido como o capacitismo vem a ser fator de sofrimento às pessoas com deficiência. Em síntese, compreende-se por capacitismo o preconceito direcionado às pessoas com deficiência que coloca suas capacidades numa relação de inferioridade às pessoas sem deficiência, isto é, pressupõe-se que apenas sua condição orgânica é causa para justificar suas possíveis incapacidades. O capacitismo se torna, então, o impedimento para potencialização do vir a ser das pessoas com deficiência na sociedade. A orientação para a dialética exclusão/inclusão torna-se o caminho possível para dimensionar as implicações do sofrimento perpassado pelo capacitismo, pois trata-se de uma perspectiva que defende o deslocamento da compreensão individual do sofrimento para o âmbito do social, onde é possível verificar as condições que fomentam o sofrimento expresso nos sujeitos. Considerando, portanto, que o capacitismo é fator de sofrimento aos estudantes com deficiência, neste recorte, no contexto do ensino superior, faz-se necessário esclarecer as circunstâncias que levam ao sofrimento desses sujeitos. Com isso, os objetivos deste trabalho são: compreender o processo de inserção educacional das pessoas com deficiência; apresentar os conceitos de capacitismo, sofrimento ético-político e dialética exclusão/inclusão; discutir sob a perspectiva da dialética exclusão/inclusão como o capacitismo se torna fonte de sofrimento às pessoas com deficiência. Nesse sentido, a contribuição da dialética exclusão/inclusão de Sawaia, que apresenta a defesa da relevante determinação social no desenvolvimento das subjetividades, apoia o entendimento da relação de sofrimento ético-político e capacitismo, pois possibilita encontrar explicações para o sofrimento dos estudantes com deficiência. Para além disso, a investigação proposta tornou possível refletir sobre a liberdade do sujeito com deficiência. E a partir desse entendimento, viabilizar a construção de possibilidades de vivências que considerem as implicações do sofrimento ético-político, criando condições de potência de ação a esses sujeitos. Em conclusão, a discussão considerou o sofrimento, como sofrimento ético-político relacionado ao capacitismo, como resultado do processo de exclusão das pessoas com deficiência. Diante de uma a sociedade que limita a participação social, isto é, inclui o sujeito com deficiência, marcando suas diferenças e limitando suas possibilidades de ser e se manifestar na sociedade, retira desse sujeito a liberdade de vir a ser e desenvolver sua subjetividade na relação com os demais. Sob a perspectiva da dialética exclusão/inclusão pôde-se entender também que o sofrimento ético-político das PCDs, se expressa em suas subjetividades, mas é de origem social, sendo gerado pelo capacitismo, que perpassa as relações sociais das pessoas com deficiência. Assim, foi percebido uma individualização da responsabilidade para superação das diferenças desconsiderando a implicação social sobre essas questões. Por fim, a busca pelo conhecimento da responsabilidade social e coletiva dessas questões, não deve ser vista apenas como fator de debilidade da nossa sociedade. Mas como potência de ação transformadora.
