A obra pianística de Estércio Marquez Cunha

Abstract

This article presents an overview of the piano works written by Estércio Marquez Cunha, a composer born in 1941 in Goias State, Brazil. His piano works, still in manuscript format, represent a significant portion of the Brazilian piano repertoire produced in the second half of the 2Qlh century to this day. Through a detailed description of sclccted works, the aulhors hope to contribute to divulge some of lhe Brazihan contemporary music.
