Resumo
The aim was to systematize the process of assessing the level of care Psychosocial Attention Center, using as an example the city of Ribeirão Preto, Brazil. A descriptive study in which data collection was used secondary data from the Secretary Municipal Health of Ribeirão Preto, and the National Registry of Health Research also consisted of using referenced information from documents and specialized bibliographies. The city of Ribeirão Preto is a satisfactory level of service, even having presented fall in 2013 in the value of the indicator coverage rate CAPS / 100.000. Health indicators can help the decision-making of government agents, in addition to being a facilitator resource for the perception of social demands in its complexity.
