dc.description.abstractNossaSenhora da Abadia festival, a popular manifest that takes place in the countryside of Jataí, located in the state of Goiás, which has been occurring around 130 years. Itis compounded of moments represented by rites and symbols, which before these ones, sacred and profanes signs are correlated together. The place where the festival takes place in is currently developing the economic process of livestock monocultures of soybeans, corn, sorghum and recently by the sugarcane industry.These specific land inappropriate use and occupation, change the municipality socio-environmental space, as well as they have introduced new cultural behaviors in Jataí’s local community. The research observation subject arouses, as it is realized that the site where the festival takes place in, boasts activities with modern production techniques and also during the festival season the community through a manifest organize themselves, they produce and reproduce the place according to the festive tradition through the practice and social relations. Thus, the qualitative research through the observation facts, recorded interviews, photographs, filming, notes andthrough the narrated accounts made possible for us understand through the interpretation and the intern organization the ritualistic dimension of the festival, in other words, how it is socially politically and culturally Constituted in terms of time and the festival space.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoFesta de Nossa Senhora da Abadia – um manifesto popular que se realiza na zona rural do município de Jataí/GO, há aproximadamente 130 anos. Compõe-se de momentos representados por ritos e símbolos perante os quais interconectam-se signos sagrados e profanos. O lugar em que ocorre o festejo se encontra em meio ao processo econômico da pecuária, monoculturas de soja, milho, sorgo e recentemente a plantação da cana-deaçúcar atende ao setor sucroenergético. Esses usos e ocupações do solo transformaram o espaço socioambiental do município, bem como inseriram novos comportamentos culturais à comunidade jataiense. A problematização da pesquisa surge ao perceber que esta região, abriga atividades com modernas técnicas de produção, e que no tempo da festa a comunidade por meio do manifesto se organiza, produz e reproduz o lugar, mediante a tradição festiva pelas práticas e relações sociais. Desta forma a pesquisa qualitativa por meio da observação dos fatos, da entrevista gravada, das fotografias, filmagens, anotações e da história oral nos permite compreender por meio da interpretação a organização interna a dimensão ritualista da festa, ou seja, como é constituído socialmente, politicamente e culturalmente o tempo e o espaço da festa.pt_BR
