Resumo
The microconcrete can be defined as a specific type of concrete in which the aggregate has a maximum dimension of 6.4 mm and can be used in light prefabrication, that is, in structural elements of reduced cross-section. A literary mapping on the microconcrete theme was carried out, in which articles related to the subject were obtained from the following bases: Engineering village, Science direct, Web of science and Scopus. By means of this mapping, it was performed a bibliometric and qualitative analysis, in order to demonstrate the importance of the theme for the scientific community, to present the relevance of the subject nowadays, to identify the gaps of knowledge still little explored and to present how the development of research themes has developed over the years. The research intends to serve as a parameter for future researchers to follow as a starting point, in the deepening of research in the line of microconcrete.
