O papel da lito-estrutura do carste na morfodinâmica cenozóica da Serra Geral de Goiás (GO/TO/BA): aproximações iniciais

Abstract

This paper discusses the morphodynamics of an edge plateau/Chapada, the cuesta known as S. Geral de Goiás, northeast of the homonymous state, which corresponds to the interfluve between the watersheds of the rivers São Francisco and Tocantins. The region is compartmentalized (altitude, slope, relief forms, drainage and geology) and the preliminary interpretation allows us to propose a model for the region, where 4 different morphology depends on the karst in the Tocantins River watershed.
