Resumo
The present work develops the Limiar Cultural Center, located on the boundary between Goiânia and Aparecida de Goiânia, an area marked by socio-spatial inequalities and a lack of public cultural facilities. The research assumes that culture is a fundamental urban right and that its absence in peripheral regions reinforces territorial exclusion. The theoretical framework addresses urban facilities, the right to the city, socio-spatial inclusion and territorial identity, drawing from authors such as Lefebvre, Borja & Muxí, Neves, Gehl, Givoni, Pawlyn and Schumacher. The methodology includes bibliographical review, multiscale site analysis, climatic and urban studies, mapping of local social groups and national and international case studies. The architectural proposal incorporates biomimicry, parametric design and bioclimatic strategies to achieve environmental performance, comfort, universal accessibility and community integration. The design adopts a permeable, shaded ground floor and circulation axes aligned with urban flows and environmental conditions. The result is a multifunctional cultural facility aimed at democratizing access to culture, strengthening social ties and acting as an instrument of inclusion and urban qualification along the Goiânia–Aparecida border
