Os marcos teóricos para a segurança ambiental e seus princípios abrangentes

Abstract

This text is the first in a series that seeks to define and apply the concept of environmental security as a reverse image, and at the same time as a limit to the concept of sustainable development. This concept seeks to constitute itself in a political and juridical instrument that limits economic activities and political interventions that advance environmental “danger zone”. We start its elaboration from two theoretical frameworks: Ciriacy-Wantrup and Herman Daly, who had in his works the emphasis on productive and cultural boundaries, to finally take ownership in some of their concepts to produce evaluative orientations of national environmental law to be performed in future stages this research.
