dc.description.abstractThese are reflections about the method used by the Brazilian civil coders in front of the socials changes came from the nip of the economical relationship among people. The values changed and the juridical instruments will be informed by principles constructors of the new human reason and must be used and interpreted in agreement with the objectives which they are used for. The civil codification brings a method to attend the propose of a fair Law, what implicates in innovate the form, the technique, the object and the structure.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoTrata-se de reflexões sobre método adotado pelo Codificador civil brasileiro diante das transformações sociais advindas do estreitamento das relações econômicas entre os povos. Os valores mudam e os instrumentos jurídicos hão de ser informados por princípios estruturadores da nova razão humana e têm de ser usados e interpretados de acordo com os objetivos a que servem. A codificação civil traz um método para atender à proposta de Direito justo que implica em inovar a forma, a técnica, o objeto, a estrutura.pt_BR
