Abstract

Sublimation on fabric combines technology and creativity, offering personalized solutions and high-quality graphic results. However, the lack of technical mastery among graphic designers limits its efficient use, creating a knowledge gap. This study aims to develop a book-object that introduces students and professionals to the sublimation process through theoretical content and practical activities. The project followed a methodological approach that combined bibliographic review, analysis of similar projects, and practical application in the book-object's design. The material covers topics ranging from the historical context of printing to technical guidelines such as material selection and appropriate graphic settings. As a result, the book-object proved to be a functional and didactic resource, providing an introductory foundation for learning the technique. This research project reaffirms the potential of sublimation to expand the role of graphic designers, connecting technological innovation with creative solutions in the textile and graphic markets.
