Abstract

Car trailers are a practical solution for volume transport. Observing the need for transportation from the university's mini-baja team vehicle, it was decided to design a trailer to solve this impasse. It was then found in simplified equipment that can be produced in the university's own manufacturing laboratory: a trailer with 750 kg PBT made with usual cutting and welding processes. This paper will present the step-by-step of the project, the simulations of static requests and analysis of natural frequencies together with their modes of vibration.
